With any form of exercise consistency is the key. In the beginning your body is learning a lot of new information and your mind and body connection is being established. The optimal recommendation is 2-3 times per week. However, once a week on a very regular basis can also be beneficial combining it with other exercise.

If it’s your first class, we recommend to come in 10mins early, so that we can show you around and explain everything to you. That way we can also check if there are any medical conditions or just little niggles that we should be aware of (whenever you attend a class with a new teacher, please let them know about injuries etc).
At Purpose, we ask that you are mindful and compassionate to everyone in the studio. Noise should be kept to a minimum during meditation/quiet time, phones and shoes are off and personal belongings respected.
What to wear? Now, there is really no particular get up we expect you to wear. However, you should be able to move around easily and the clothes should be light and somewhat stretchy for your own comfort. Wear something that you feel comfortable and confident in! This class and experience is all about you!
For all Reformer Pilates classes grip socks are required. These can be purchased in studio at your class. What else to bring? We recommend to bring a towel and a bottle of water. Don’t forget bring a big smile and a positive attitude and you will have a fantastic class.

Our advice would be to not eat large meals up to 2 hours before attending a class. Re-fuelling your body after the class is a much better way to go. We encourage you to drink plenty of water during and after a class as much as you need to feel hydrated and replenished.

We only accept bookings for our classes. If the session is closed online, you are more than welcome to reach out via SMS 0437191404 or on our socials for any last minute availability.
