Whether you’re completely new to Pilates or have years of experience, this event has been designed to leave you feeling refreshed, grounded and inspired.

Move through a 60 minute full body mat Pilates class led by Salt + Stone Studio. Expect mindful movement, gentle strength, mobility and stretching while surrounded by wide open paddocks and the calming presence of the farm’s beautiful animals.

Take your time exploring the farm and meeting its incredible residents. Purebred Arabian horses, mini horses, mini goats, sheep, cuddly rabbits, silkie chickens and perhaps a few surprise animals along the way.
